2016 Leaf Collection

The Department of Public Works has begun the 2016 leaf collection program. Due to uncontrollable circumstances, such as leaf volume and weather, there is no fixed schedule. However, we will do our best to pick up leaves, at least once, on every road.

Please rake your leaves to within 6 feet of the edge of the road. If there is an embankment near the edge of your property kindly rake the leaves to the bottom, closest to the road. Do not put leaves in bags or on tarps as they shall not be picked up.

We shall continue leaf collection until winter weather prohibits it or all leaf piles are collected.

You are welcome to bring leaves into the recycling center on Saturday’s from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm. Do not leave bags, please empty them.
