Please take notice that the below titled Ordinances were introduced on First Reading by the Township Committee, Township of Holland, County of Hunterdon, New Jersey at a duly convened meeting held on the 2nd day of October 2018.  The Ordinances were then ordered published according to law.  Notice is hereby given that said Ordinances will be considered for Final Passage after a Public Hearing scheduled to be held on the 7th day of November 2018 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon therafter as the matter may be reached at the Holland Township Municipal Building, 61 Church Road, Milford, NJ, at which time, an opportunity will be given for all interested parties to be heard. Ordinances 2018-10, 2018-11, 2018-12

COMMUNITY FORESTRY MANAGEMENT PLAN

The Environmental Commission has developed a “Community Forestry Management Plan”. This plan was funded and recently approved by the NJ DEP. The objectives in this five year plan address street trees, park trees, trees on other public grounds and the education of private forest tree owners. Click HERE to read more.
