Musconetcong National Wild and Scenic River Talk - Wednesday April 26, 2023

Did you know that in Holland Township’s backyard is one of the newest National Wild and Scenic Rivers in the nation? Designated last year, this 4.3 mile river segment passes through three public river access points, two Historic Districts, and about one mile of restored, free flowing river.  The talk will cover why the river is a national treasure, what to see and do, partnerships in management, and what you can do to help the river.

Presented by: Alan Hunt, Ph. D., River Administrator, Musconetcong Watershed Association.
