Code Enforcement
The Construction Official is the chief administrator of the enforcing agency, responsible for administering and enforcing the provisions of the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code. He is responsible for coordinating the work of the office staff, subcode officials, and inspectors.
The Construction Official reviews and issues all construction permits, signs all violation notices, releases certificates of occupancy, and retains all applicable records. He is also responsible for preparing the annual budget to ensure the proper operation of the department.

Plumbing Subcode Official
Technical Assistant

Hunterdon County Board of Health Construction Referral Form
Survey and plans
Building jacket and permits completed
