Eligible residents will begin receiving  adjusted 2nd quarter  tax bills due May 1st, 2021. This bill reflects the 2017 Homestead Benefit recently issued by the State of NJ.”

Final 2020/2021 billing was mailed to all resident on September 14, 2020. Please allow 7-10 for delivery. If you have paid the 3rd quarter instalment the correspond payment stub will note the credit applied.

Credit Card Payments Made Online

Now you can pay your Tax Bills  from the comfort of your home or office by using our online payment service. Credit cards accepted: MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Visa. A per transaction service fee of 2.45% or $3.00 minimum will be charged by the payment processing company for this service.

Electronic Check Payments

Holland Township accepts electronic check payments using our online payment service. Payments will be charged to your checking or savings account at your bank. You will need your 9-digit routing number, as well as your account number from your personal checks (see example below). A per transaction service fee of $1.50 will be charged by the payment processing company for this service.

IMPORTANT: When Payment Options appears, click on the "Switch to Pay with Check" link and then continue entering your information.

Payments can be conveniently made during the Municipal Building business hours Monday-Friday 8:00-4:00 via a locked box outside of the Municipal Clerks office
or directly in the mail slot of the Tax Office door located downstairs next to the Police Station. An after-hours mail slot is also available at the front door of the Municipal building.

Tax Bills are mailed annually in June and are due quarterly as follows:

2/1       January - March
5/1       April - June
8/1       July – September
11/1     October – December

Please Note: Post-dated checks are NOT accepted and will be returned.

Please note the following important facts:
• Homestead Benefit credits will be applied to the following quarter on accounts that have been prepaid.
• If your statement reads “Advised Copy” under the bar code DO NOT PAY. This is just a notice of what your mortgage company will be paying on your behalf.
